Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, please log in to your account and navigate to your order. Select the item you want to return, reason for return and extra notes if needed. 

If you checked out by guest, email us at info@theboyfriendmitt.com with subject ' Return '. Please include your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we'll provide instructions and shipping label. - we will aim to respond within three days. 

Shipping Costs Standard shipping $10, express shipping $15.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. You will be emailed a shipping label that is a set price of $10 - the $10 will be taken from refund of the product. Each product returned will have this deducted for the return label cost. 

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval of your refund. If approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. The refund will have the return shipping label set price deducted from it. 

Non-Returnable Items For hygiene reasons, any mitt that has been used cannot be returned or refunded.
