Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of being placed. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Domestic Shipping (Australia) We ship Australia-wide. Estimated delivery times are:

Standard shipping: 3–7 business days 
Express shipping: 1–3 business days
Standard $10, express $15 

International Shipping - currently unavailable

Tracking Your Order Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Lost or Delayed Parcels If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at info@theboyfriendmitt.com and we'll investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer
